Our People

Ian McNaughton has over thirty years of professional experience in business planning, financial operations, capital structure, corporate governance, and human resource development, working in the financial services, manufacturing, sales, and distribution sectors. Ian joined Bambu Fund LLC’s board of directors in September 2024.

Mr. McNaughton is currently the Chief Operating Officer of FosRich Group. During a stellar career in the stock market, equities, and portfolio management, Ian was the Chief Executive Officer of Cumax Wealth Management Limited and Managing Director and company secretary of Barita Investments Limited. Additionally, he served as chairman of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) from 2015 to 2019, a director of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL) Board, and recently chaired the Board of Directors of EduCom Co-operative Credit Union Limited and the Board of the National Insurance Fund (NIF). His international experience saw him holding the positions of finance director and corporate secretary of Goodyear Jamaica Limited and Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Berger Paints Jamaica Limited.

Ian obtained an M.B.A. in Finance from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and a BSc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in Mona, Jamaica. An avid footballer, Mr. McNaughton also sits on the Board of the Harbour View Football Club.
